ABOUT THE EVENT
I kept meeting with incredible women for coffee, lunch or a long walk on the trail. We would laugh and share stories, but on most occasions, these women would share some of their struggles about being a new employee or being fairly new in the workplace, and each time I would share with them that they are not alone. Being a woman in the workplace comes with some of the most amazing connections and some of the biggest heartaches. (Women are not always kind to other women!) So, we developed Radically Unfinished: Women in the {Fraternal} Workplace to invest in women professionals.
This two-day event is all about personal and professional experiences. During our time together, we explore the top seven competencies for women leaders and meet with other professional women who have blazed trails. Join us for this live event or bring this event to your place.

Being a woman in the workplace has its own set of challenges, epic failures and wild successes. Whether you are burned out, stressed out, amid drama or just plain confused on how to approach someone so you really connect, we have a tool for you. Join us at our pre-conference The Uniquely Unfinished You with our dear friend, Dr. Colleen Coffey- Melchiorre, a fraternal industry lifer with an innovative take on how your personality impacts your work and life. You will be asked to take a confidential personality assessment prior to joining the session.

The tool we will be using is called Personalysis. Since 1975, Personalysis has been changing the way people work together by providing insightful and practical results on their personalities and the personalities they work with. The human condition is complex and multi-faceted. The woman you are is different in all facets of your life, depending on the situation and need. The Personalysis assessment takes all of this into account and provides you with an easy to digest yet in-depth look at your personality.
